Margaret will show 6 paintings at Color Tech, 24247 Hawthorne blvd., Torrance, Nov. 14 - Jan. 8, 2012. Reception is Sun., Jan. 8, 3-6

She will participate in "Art is a Gift" at The Artists' Studio Gallery, 627 Silver Spur Rd., 300C, Rolling Hills Est., Nov 21 - Jan 3, 2012. She always has 1 or 2 pieces at The Artists' Studio Gallery next to the Palos Verdes Library as well.

Her painting "Ordinary Miracles" was accepted to the South Bay Focus show at Torrance Art Museum, Nov. 29 - Dec. 16, 2011.

During Feb. & March, Margaret will part of the team working on new art for the Pageant of Our Lord at Rolling Hills Covenant Church.  Pageant will have 19 performances during the  2 weeks before Easter, see Pageant website for details.

She will teach a workshop "Luminous Watercolor Flowers", Sat. April 21 at the Palos Verdes Art Center.  See their website for details.

Margaret has a series of paintings of the Beatitudes of Christ from Matthew 5 which were purchased by and permanently on view at the Bread of Life Church in Torrance, CA.  They are on the back wall of the main sanctuary.  Church is located at Lomita Blvd. and Garnier.

 21 illustrations of Margaret's artwork appear in a book written by her sister, Linda Zielinski.  Titled "Come to the Garden", it has Christian devotional writings and is illustrated in full color.  The book is available at The Artists' Studio at The Village or in the Rolling Hills Covenant Church library, and sells for $15.  You can also contact Margaret directly for a copy:  info@margaretmohr.com or 310-326-5930.
